guest rooms are carefully restored to preserve their
character for visitors who delight in the many original
features. Highbrae offers a twin single room, king room
with optional extra single bed, a queen room
with its own balcony and one
self contained unit with private bath and Queen double

Guests share the
luxurious, large, modernised Italian bathroom upstairs. Second bathroom and toilet
downstairs. Dedicated guest lounge with open fire, all day tea and coffee
facilities, offers a comfortable space for relaxation,
conversation or television viewing.
Light Kiwi breakfast, e.g. Cereals, Toast, Honey, Jams, Fruit,
Yoghurt, Fruit juice, Coffee and Tea is included in the
tariff. A cooked breakfast can be offered as an extra on
request. Hosts Stephen & Fienie Clark are happy to
offer recommendations for local restaurants and cafés
serving lunch and dinner in Dunedin city, a
short walk from Highbrae.
